About Me

My name is Courtney Staab-Horan, and I have been proudly immersed in the medical aesthetics industry since 2011. As a Registered Nurse in Springfield, Illinois, I bring a unique combination of advanced clinical knowledge, aesthetic expertise, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their very best.
My journey in medical aesthetics began in 2011 when I attended the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery Conference, where I developed a strong interest in the evolving science and technology behind aesthetic medicine and became an avid member. That same year, I attended The Aesthetic Show and earned my Certified Aesthetic Consultant designation through Medical Insight, Inc., a respected leader in market research and strategic business consulting within the aesthetic medical industry.
In addition to my work in aesthetics, I serve as a critical care nurse in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This experience has strengthened my clinical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care. Working in a high-acuity environment has given me an exceptional appreciation for patient safety, comfort, and trust—values I carry into every aesthetic experience.
I maintain certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), along with additional specialized training and certifications.
I believe that exceptional aesthetics should be both beautiful and intentional. My approach is centered around individualized care, refined results, and enhancing each client’s natural beauty while maintaining a sophisticated and authentic appearance. It is my privilege to combine my medical background and passion for aesthetics to create an experience where every client feels confident, cared for, and beautifully refreshed.
