Consultation
Consults are required for all medical treatments such as cosmetic injections and laser treatments.
Service Description
Cosmetic Injections: Same day appointment and consult can be done and consult fee of $50 is dropped if same day treatment occurs. Laser Treatment: Must be a candidate for the treatment. If available same day treatment can be done and $50 consult fee is dropped. Lab Draw: Consult required prior to labs being drawn. These are two separate appointments.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hour notice. You contact Bel Viso Medical Aesthetics via text or voicemail at 217-725-6461. There is a $50 cancellation/no-show fee that will be sent to you if you do not cancel in a timely manner. Thank you!
