Follow-Up
Service Description
To ensure that you are happy with your service, I recommend a follow-up! There is no fee for a follow-up appointment. However, a two week follow-up appointment is highly recommended after receiving Dysport. Even if you are happy with your results, I would prefer to see you after receiving your Dysport treatment! If you schedule a two week follow-up (no sooner than two weeks and no longer than three weeks) I will offer a 15% off of your next treatment of Dysport or $50 off of one syringe of Dermal Filler will be honored. This offer is only good for 6 months after your follow up appointment. After the 6 months, the offer is no longer valid.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hour notice. You contact Bel Viso Medical Aesthetics via text or voicemail at 217-725-6461. There is a $50 cancellation/no-show fee that will be sent to you if you do not cancel in a timely manner. Thank you!
